Custom GPT gave me more room to tweak the bot than I expected, so I’ll give it credit there. But getting it hooked up with our other tools was kind of a clunky little nightmare. The docs felt thin, and I had to mess around more than I wanted to make everything behave. It works in the end, but the integration side was definitely the annoying gremlin of the whole setup.
